The La Finca Brut Nature Organic from Raventos i Blanc has a complex, rich and aromatic scent of apple and notes of brioche, toast and a hint of smoky. The taste of this wine is intense with a fine bubble, freshness, spiciness and length. Perfect bubble for festive occasions, but especially a good accompaniment to classic tapas, Iberian ham, shellfish and crustaceans. Or serve it as an aperitif with Spanish green olives.
This special sparkling wine encapsulates the special characteristics of the vineyards. Each terroir shines with its own grapes of the very best quality. This wine is blended from the three different, biodynamically grown grapes Xarel.lo and macabeo from the vineyard La Plana and the Parellada from the Clos del Serral vineyard. Each grape variety is harvested by hand and separately at different times depending on the optimal moment of ripening. It is a tight dry bubble because a maximum of 1 gram of sugar has been added to this fully biodynamic 'Brut Nature'.
