For any bottles with a retail price of $50 or less, we reserve the right to substitute the vintage year within a two-year range. This means that if the specific vintage you ordered is unavailable, we may substitute it with another vintage of the same wine produced within the previous or subsequent two years. We ensure that the substituted wine will be of comparable quality.

3. Order Acceptance and Fulfillment

3.1 Order Confirmation

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and fulfillment by us. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been placed. However, this confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or issues identified by our fraud detection systems. If your order is declined or cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and provide a full refund if payment has been processed.
