TASTING NOTES
Toschi “Red Blend” brings together three strong California stalwarts: Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel and Merlot. Each varietal was fermented separately to add complexity and character and then blended together to add layers of flavors. The Cabernet Sauvignon brings rich flavors and soft tannins. The Zinfandel adds blackberry and raspberry jam. And the Merlot finishes with a generous mouth fell of red fruits.
The Toschi ‘Red Blend’ brings silky, soft and delicious jam like fruit that make this wine a perfect accompaniment for grilled meats or chicken.
