TASTE NOTES

Bright ruby ??red to the eye. The nose reveals notes of small red fruits and a hint of plum, followed by citrus nuances and tertiary notes of rhubarb, carob and cinchona bark. The taste is decisive, rich and carried by a ripe tannic texture. The persistence is excellent and the finish is pleasantly spicy.

THE PERFECT COMPANION TO

It is an excellent accompaniment to main meat dishes and goes well with turkey with chestnuts.

LANGHE NEBBIOLO DOC "RICCINNEBBIA" 2022 - LA BIÒCA: BECAUSE WE LIKE IT

Immediately after the harvest, the Nebbiolo grapes are mashed and fermented in steel tanks. The Langhe Nebbiolo "Riccinnebbia" from "La Biòca" then rests for 14 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. It comes from clayey soils, which give it a powerful and structured, but also fruity and expressive character. Excellent value for money.
