This is a 100% Barolo made from the Nebbiolo grape. The composition of this characteristic and beautiful wine comes from 3 different areas of the La Bioca winery within the Barolo area. After destemming, a cold maceration for a few days and a vinification in steel tanks of about 7 days with temperature control, a fermentation follows for 20 days. After this process, the maturation takes place in 3 different oak barrels for at least 18 months. Only just before bottling are the different badges combined into an intensely delicious Barolo!
