Domaine de l'Espigouette has been a family property for 4 generations, today run by Bernard Latour, his wife Marie France and their two sons Julien and Emilien. It is located in the appellations of Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Rasteau, Plan de Dieu and Côtes du Rhône.

Average yield : 40hl/ha
Vinification : traditional, vatting for 10 to 15 days with its secrets which regularly give rewards in the biggest competitions.
Tasting : deep red color with aromas of redcurrant and blackberry, it is a fruity wine with nuances of liquorice and vanilla, with round tannins which give a good length in the mouth.
Serve at a temperature of 17 to 19°C. To be enjoyed throughout a meal.
