Terms and Conditions for Notre Dame Wine
Substitution Policy
At Notre Dame Wine, we take pride in offering the finest vintages to our customers. However, due to the nature of wine inventory and availability, there may be instances where the vintage you ordered is no longer in stock. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute your selected vintage with a comparable vintage from the same winery that is within 1-2 years of the original vintage.
Notification and Customer Choice
If a substitution is necessary, we will notify you promptly with details about the alternative vintage.
You will have the option to:
Service Charge
If you choose to cancel the order due to a vintage substitution, we will apply a 5% service charge to cover administrative and logistical costs incurred by Notre Dame Wine.
This service charge is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Policy
Notre Dame Wine operates in compliance with the Michigan Retailers license and adheres to all applicable state and federal laws regarding the sale and shipment of wine. Currently, we are permitted to ship to the following states:

Shipping Restrictions
Wine shipments cannot be made to P.O. boxes.
All orders must be signed for by an adult who is 21 years of age or older at the time of delivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with their state’s laws regarding alcohol shipments.
Shipping Costs and Timelines
Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination, weight of the order, and the selected shipping method.
Standard delivery times range from 3-7 business days for most states. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
Delivery Delays
Notre Dame Wine will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including inclement weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Return and Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
All wine sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
Process for Refunds
If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographs of the damaged goods and packaging to initiate a claim.
Refunds for eligible claims will be issued within 7-10 business days.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Canceled orders will be subject to a 5% service charge for administrative fees.

All wines are sold "as-is," and while we take every precaution to ensure quality, variations in taste or storage conditions may affect the product.
Amendments to Terms
Notre Dame Wine reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase.
