Winemaker Notes: Since 1624 the Böcking Family has been devoted to producing wines of the highest quality. Vinified and aged in stainless steel, this Pinot Blanc embodies the terroir of the mid-Mosel: mineral-driven, bright acidity, fruit forward but dry. Some of the flavors you'll detect are citrus, stone fruits, green apple and notes of white flowers. The finish is crisp and clean. Pair with salmon, tuna, shellfish, or mild and soft cheese.
